Preparing to Pitch
Ecosystem Progress Update
As we continue building the Hive, we want to share where things stand and what progress looks like at this stage.
This project is still in development. Nothing is live yet, and that’s intentional. The work right now is focused on building the foundation correctly so that when development begins, it moves forward without unnecessary resets or shortcuts.
Where We’ve Focused Our Time
The primary focus so far has been on structure and sequencing.
We’ve defined how the ecosystem fits together across four interconnected parts. Each piece has a clear role, but none of them are being built in isolation. That coordination is central to how this ecosystem is meant to function long term.
We’ve also mapped out the development phases. This helps ensure that work happens in the right order and that progress in one area doesn’t create gaps or bottlenecks elsewhere.
What’s Been Completed
At this stage:
The ecosystem structure is defined
Development phases and dependencies are mapped
Use-of-funds planning is complete
Investor materials are finalized
These steps don’t produce visible features yet, but they significantly reduce risk once development begins.
Why This Matters
Progress at this stage looks different than it does later on.
Instead of features and launches, progress shows up as clarity, alignment, and readiness. Taking the time to do this work now helps avoid rework later and ensures that funding can be applied directly to building, not course correction.
Where We Are Now
The ecosystem remains in a pre-launch development phase. No platforms or programs are live, and no public rollout has begun.
What exists today is a clear plan, a defined structure, and a realistic path forward.
What’s Next
The next major milestone is the start of the formal investor pitch process in January 2026. That process is designed to secure the funding needed to move into the first active build phase.
As we move forward, we’ll continue sharing updates here to document progress, milestones, and lessons learned along the way.
