How Funding Is Used

Funding supports the transition from planning into active development across the Hive. Each allocation advances a specific role while keeping the ecosystem moving forward together.

HIVSO LLC — $750K
Platform development, shared systems, infrastructure, security, and operational foundations that power the ecosystem.

Craft Press Company LLC — $600K
Studio buildout, production equipment, logistics, and operational readiness that enable creators to turn ideas into real work.

Made For Cause Inc. — $350K
Program development, staffing, and operational support to ensure impact and cause-driven work are built into the system from day one.

Total Funding Target: $1.75M

Why Funding Is Needed Now

We’ve reached the point where planning is finished and building has to begin.

To move forward, we need funding now to secure space and start building the Engine at the same time. The space allows real work to happen—maker resources, on-site production, and direct support for causes—while the software is being built. Without both in motion, progress slows and momentum is lost.

This is a narrow window. Space availability changes quickly, costs rise, and the longer the Engine stays on paper, the harder it is to move cleanly into development. Waiting doesn’t pause the work—it stretches it and makes it more expensive.

Funding now lets us lock in space, begin building the Engine, and start putting parts of the ecosystem to work immediately. It’s the difference between staying in preparation and actually building what’s been planned.

Can you actually build this?

We’ve already completed the full system architecture. This is a defined platform — funding activates build, not discovery.

Why will you win vs Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.?

They rely on multiple tools and integrations. We replace the entire stack with one unified system built specifically for service organizations.

How fast can organizations adopt this?

We use structured onboarding with data migration and guided setup — organizations transition into the system, they don’t rebuild from scratch.

Do organizations actually want this?

Yes — they’re already spending $800–$3,000/month on fragmented systems. The demand is for something simpler and unified.

What makes this scalable?

Simple pricing, low incremental cost, and a system designed to serve thousands of organizations on one platform.

What reduces the risk here?

The platform is already designed, the market is proven, and we have a clear path from beta to paying customers.

What’s your biggest differentiator?

We don’t add to the stack — we replace it.

Why now?

Organizations are overwhelmed by tools, costs are rising, and technology now allows a unified system to replace that fragmentation.

How do you acquire customers?

Direct sales, funded access through Made For Cause, and partnerships that drive scalable adoption.

What does $3M actually accomplish?

It builds and launches the platform, validates it with real organizations, and converts early users into paying customers.
